By accessing or using QuickConvert.uk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
QuickConvert provides online file conversion services. We support over 300 file formats including video, audio, image and document types. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. QuickConvert cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You may not use the Service to convert, store or distribute illegal content, content that infringes intellectual property rights, malware, or any content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Files uploaded to QuickConvert are processed in isolated containers and deleted automatically (24 hours for free accounts, 7 days for Pro, 30 days for Enterprise). We do not access, analyse, or sell your file content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
QuickConvert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
